Redesigning Trengo’s Login Flow with Secure and Seamless SSO Access
Context
At Trengo, we help support and sales teams manage all their customer conversations in one place. But as we started onboarding bigger customers, we ran into something that slowed things down the login experience. More specifically, the lack of SSO. For some enterprise prospects, not having SSO was even a deal-breaker.
SSO has become the standard for mature SaaS platforms, and we didn’t want to fall behind. It was time for a login flow that felt secure, smooth, and scalable, something teams could trust and get into without any hassle.
Hypotheses
When I got this bike, it was in pretty bad shape. It had been stored in a shed for years. At that time, I didn’t know much about bike brands, groupsets, or frames. I just wanted to rebuild it, learn along the way, and hopefully make a small profit to buy something new. When I first got it, it couldn’t move because the tires were flat and the steering felt shaky. But hey, just look at those colors!
